Yes — there is a $200 sourcing fee to begin private sourcing.
This fee is credited toward your final purchase, ensuring priority access & dedicated time from our sourcing team.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our authenticated warehouse hub in Asia, where each piece is verified before dispatch.
What is pre-sale section?
Our pre-sale service is designed to curate luxury specifically for you.
Once we understand your style preferences, wishlist pieces, and budget, we begin sourcing through our global network.
You will receive personalised item suggestions via WhatsApp — including photos, details, and availability from our warehouse.
Whether you’re searching for a vintage grail, a rare collector’s find, or a new season piece, simply send us a photo or description.
We take care of the rest — sourcing, verifying, and securing it for you.

Yes — this is one of our specialties.

Can I sell my items to Maison SANKOH?
Yes — we offer a Sell-To-Us / Consignment program.
Send photos, condition details, and proof of purchase (if available), and our team will review, authenticate, and make an offer or consign your item to a store.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Our concierge team provides updates throughout your order journey.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of luxury sourcing and authentication, all sales are final.
However, the majority of items come with a warranty, and client satisfaction is our top priority. If this situation arises, please contact us immediately, and we will address your concern.
